ITCS Leadership
Development Program
The ITCS Leadership Development Program strives to develop and cultivate the leadership capabilities of all participants at all responsibility levels in our organization.
Committee members include Marlene Anderson, Melissa Eakes, Kim Goltra, Zach Loch, Colleen Rhodes and Margaret Umphrey.
Guiding Principles
- Effective leaders guide the activities of a group toward shared organizational objectives and goals.
