How do I print to the PiratePrint kiosk?

  1. Click Submit Print Job.
  2. Log in with your PirateID.
  3. Click Submit a Job.
  4. Select the PiratePrint printer (\\papercut\pirateprint)
  5. Click Print Options and Account Selection.
  6. Specify number of copies and click Upload Document.
  7. Click Browse and choose the document to print.
  8. Click Upload and Complete.
  9. Your print job is now available for pick up at any PiratePrint kiosk.
  10. Print jobs are deleted 24 hours after submission.

When can I print to the PiratePrint kiosk?

You can print to the kiosk anytime from on or off campus.

What file types are supported by PiratePrint?

The following file types are supported:
  • Microsoft Office Word
  • Microsoft Office Excel
  • Microsoft Office Powerpoint
  • Microsoft XPS
  • Adobe PDF

Can I submit a print job from my mobile device?

Yes! New for fall 2017, students can now print wirelessly from a mobile device. See these instructions. Must be on campus.

What is the maximum file size I can submit?

The maximum size is 100 MB (anything larger will be rejected).

Is there a print quota I must follow?

Yes, there is a print management system for enrolled students. See the print management web page for quotas, restrictions and other details.
