LWCC employs several Federal Work Study and Self Help students each semester, including the summer. Typical responsibilities include general office duties, representing LWCC at campus events, supporting campus and community programs and facility maintenance. Recruitment for these positions is ongoing.
LWCC accepts volunteers for single events and long-term projects. Examples of volunteer opportunities include service projects, participating in panel discussions, and sharing your talents and expertise with others. Recruitment for volunteers is ongoing.
The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. (Cultural Unity and Leadership Through Understanding, Relationships and Engagement), Programming Board is a gender and ethnically diverse, student-led group responsible for planning and implementing student activities and events. Participation on the board exposes students to career possibilities in Higher Education, Student/Multicultural Affairs and also embodies the core values of “student engagement” and “leadership” as articulated in ECU’s Mission.
