UNC Public Television features ECU Guitar Festival 

The ECU Summer Guitar Festival is open to students of all skill levels who wish to acquire or improve skills on the classical guitar. The artist-faculty, which consists of world-class concert artists and teachers, draws talented students from across the United States and abroad as well as from North Carolina. Area concertgoers can also hear these gifted musicians perform in recital during the workshop. Featuring: 

Soloduo (Matteo Mela and Lorenzo Micheli)  Performances on five continents include appearances at Carnegie Hall, the Vienna Konzerthaus, Kiev’s Hall of Columns, and Seoul’s Sejong Chamber Hall.  Their playing has earned critical acclaim wherever the ygo and their Washington Post review stated that “the duo’s playing was nothing less than rapturous – profound and unforgettable musicianship of the highest order.”
