FILLING EMPTY BOWLS: ECU event raises funds to combat hunger

(Mar. 2, 2012)   —   East Carolina University's Campus Living and Dining Services and the ECU Ceramic's Guild collaborated to combat hunger through the Empty Bowls fundraiser on campus March 2. In exchange for a cash donation, guests at the event received a simple meal of soup and bread.
