The Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University is a subspecialty division of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Division is directed by Clifford C. Hayslip, Jr., MD and offers comprehensive infertility evaluation and treatment, microsurgery and advanced operative laparoscopy. The on-site embryology and andrology laboratories support a very successful in-vitro fertilization and assisted reproductive technology program. Doctors also diagnose and surgically treat endometriosis, tubal disease and other conditions related to infertility through laparoscopy (surgery through the abdomen).
