Two FREE training modules developed for OFE by Professor Kathleen Sitzman, PhD, RN, CNE, ANEF of the ECU College of Nursing are available online. The two modules are "Conveying and Sustaining Caring in Online Classrooms" and "Mindful Communication for Caring Online."

These modules can count as DE training activities for faculty who submit a "reflection" after viewing them online.

Because of reduced parking on East Campus, OFE is now streaming many of its sessions. To view a session live, click on the OFE Sessions tab in the far left of the menu above, then select "Session Search." This will take you to the sign in page for the OFE Mediasite catalog. Sign in with your Pirate ID and passphrase. Once you sign in, you will see a list of upcoming streamed sessions. Click on the Watch link underneath the title of a session to view it full screen.

A Tip for DE Instructors from the Copyright and Course Reserves Workshop

To make ECU Libraries content available to DE students, place the proxy address in front of the regular web address (URL). This way the website will know the DE student is affiliated with ECU.
