Three students and two faculty members attended this annual meeting.  It was estimated that there was a total attendance of
2400 people, thus making it the highest attended meeting for AFS.  Chad Smith and Josh Marauskas gave an oral
presentation on their thesis research and Dr. Anthony Overton authored a poster.  Attendees enjoyed entertaining
socials, symposiums, tradeshows, and appearances of famed fish artist, Ray Troll.  When not at the meeting, attendees
savored the serene locales that Alaska had to offer.  Tours included visits to Mt. Alyeska, Alaska Wildlife Conservation
Center and Refuge, Alaska Cultural and Heritage Center, Kenai Fjord, and the Eagle River Nature Center.
