The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at East Carolina University is an officially registered organization composed of all Chinese students, faculties, staffs, and visiting scholars as well as their families at ECU. Currently, CSSA-ECU has over 100 members involved in the association activities.

The main focus of CSSA-ECU has always been to serve the Chinese community and bring convenience to all prospective Chinese students and scholars. Each year there are many students and visiting scholars coming from China. We aim to help them get settled in the new environment and the new life style. We also provide a reliable channel for our foreign friends to acquire a great deal of knowledge about Chinese culture and society.
