1. Check the availability of the room you want here.
2. Complete an on-line "form" for each event. You can find this form here or you can pick one up in the Student Affairs office.
3. Make sure you provide all the information on the form
4. Once your request has been processed, a confirmation or denial will be emailed back to you. You will be notified by email if alternate accommodations need to be arranged.
