How to Give to the Department
Development funds are used to help send students to
competitions and provide a variety of student services that are not
possible within state budgetary constraints. Funds donated to the department will also be used to continue renovating the library and to provide student and faculty services. The library
is used for student events, classes, meetings, and as a study room for
graduate and undergraduate students. It also houses many books and
journals that are used as reference materials by faculty and students.
We would like to continue upgrading the existing holdings and to purchase
additional furnishings to make the library more comfortable and attractive
for visitors and students. Any contribution you or your firm
could make, whether it is $10, $100, or $1,000, would be greatly appreciated
by our students or faculty.
Donate $1,000 to the Department of
Political science at East Carolina University and your name will be featured
on a special plaque in the department library. You will also receive
a customized gift to show our appreciation.
