2000 Computer Application for Political Science: This course introduces students to computer programs widely used in the discipline of political science and in government.
4000 Political Leadership: Theoretical analysis of the topic of leadership as it is defined, developed, and practiced in diverse political settings.
4501, 4502 Independent Study in Political Science: An individualized program developed through student initiative in consultation with a progessor of his or her choice as an extension of material offered through formal courses in the department curriculum. Available only as an extended study program when regular course offerings in a particular field of the discipline have been exhausted and the student is interested in additional study in that field.
4521, 4522 Directed Readings in Political Science: Advanced students read some of the basic literature in the field.
4551, 4552 Honors in Political Science: Open to political science majors who have been invited to participate in the honors program.
4981, 4982 Internship in Practical Politics: Experiential learning under academic supervision in a political setting.
4991, 4992 Internship in Public Administration: Experiential learning under academic supervision in a public agency setting.
