Internships in Political Science

The department actively encourages the student of political science to pursue an internship in an applied political setting such as local, state, and federal government, and political campaigns. Practical political experience allows the student to develop a deeper understanding of the political world studied in class, and provides an opportunity for the student to build a substantive work history. Academic credit is available for participation in the internship experience. For more information in internship opportunities, click here
