Research Interests

Dr. Baranik's areas of research are work relationships and occupational health psychology (OHP). Specifically, she studies why and how workplace relationships affect employees' physical health and well-being, examining constructs such as organizational citizenship behaviors, social support, positive affect and stress. Dr. Baranik focuses on workplace mentoring relationships and executive coaching relationships. Finally, Dr. Baranik is interested in work relationships and OHP in the Middle East and North Africa.
