RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interests lie in organizational surveys. First, I am interested in examining multisource feedback performance over time. In particular, I am interested in identifying both focal manager characteristics (e.g., personality, gender, organizational level, openness to feedback, discussing feedback with others) and organizational policies (e.g., holding managers accountable, requiring feedback meetings with raters) that are related in performance changes over time. Second, I am interested in “linkage” research which investigates relationships between organizational surveys such as multisource feedback and employee opinion surveys and key organizational outcomes such as employee morale, customer satisfaction/retention, and profitability.
