After almost a decade of being East Carolina's Marching Pirates feature twirler, this is Courtney Stearn's last year twirling as a student. At a young age the game-day atmosphere had her hooked on being a Pirate, but ECU's academic programs won her over for the long haul. In May, she'll graduate with a PhD in physical therapy.
