As with all sources of information, it is necessary that each author exercise critical discrimination. Authors should weigh the views of different sources, bring opposing viewpoints into relation, and come to a determination about the reliability and utility of different sources. With that caveat, the following on-line sources seem to be generally authoritative or representative of significant perspectives.

If users of this page locate other valuable on-line sources of information they regard as valuable and authentic sources of information on different religious traditions, they may inform me so that I can add them to the list.
