E-Science Symposium
- If you are registering for the conference and plan to attend the E-Science Symposium on Friday, you must choose the option on the registration form. Seating for the symposium is limited. Free for the first 50 registrants with inclusive registration.
- Registration for E-Science Symposium Only attendees (non-attendees of the conference) is limited to the first 25 registrants.
On-site Registration
- Must register on-site after September 29th, 2010.
- Method of payment: cash and checks only

MAC 2010 Roundtable Topics
- Attendees will not need to pre-register for a specific table.
MAC/MLA Meeting Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Stefanie Warlick, MAC Treasurer. Cancellations requested by October 1 are subject to a $20.00 fee for cancelled registration and a $20.00 fee for each cancelled CE course. After October 1, MAC/MLA will give refunds only for documented medical or family emergencies. Refunds will be issued after October 27. MAC/MLA will honor written requests to transfer meeting registration or CE registration to another person.
