Innovative New Research Could Lead to Violin Sounds of Old Dr. George Bissinger, ECU Professor of Physics emeritus, has research featured on the American Institute of Physics (AIP) run website, Physics Central. This featured research is his project of the physics of violins. Bissinger uses modern technology to analyze both old and modern violins.
