SGA offers financial support, or "appropriations," to all of ECU's registered student organizations on a rolling basis during the fall and spring semesters. The process is led by the Student Body Treasurer, and all funding decisions are made by a vote of the Appropriations Committee of the SGA Undergraduate Senate. The $140,000 SGA Appropriations budget is a portion of SGA's operating budget. The SGA budget, a cost of $28.00 to all ECU students, comes from an allocation of the Student Activity Fee.

Fall 2015 SGA Funding Workshops

In order for your organization to apply for SGA Appropriations Funding, your organization's treasurer must attend an SGA Funding Workshop. If you do not attend a Funding Workshop, you cannot apply for funding!

SGA's Funding Process operates via OrgSync, through the Treasurer's Portal. Each Treasurer that attends a Funding Workshop will be added to the Portal, which contains the application for funding and other resources that can guide you along the way.
