ECU has over 300 SMART classrooms spanning both the east and west campuses.  Whether you need a classroom, conference room or an auditorium, a variety of technologies can be found in any of these locations.

Basic configurations include a computer connection for laptops and an LCD projector, while a more sophisticated configuration might add a Smart Board, Crestron touch panel and video equipment.  Larger auditoriums can also include microphones, speakers and other audio equipment.

• Call the IT Help Desk at 328-9866

• Provide your name, room number, and a brief description of the problem

• A technology consultant will be dispatched to your location immediately. Our response time goal for east campus locations is 10 minutes (See a flow chart of our dispatch system)
