Fall –spring ‘04 Assisted Women Studies with the organization of the SEWSA Conference,
9/10/04 I assisted Mendenhall Student Center with visiting visual artist Khahil Bendib, whose sculpture show, Angels and Demons was exhibited in the Mendenhall gallery. I escorted him around the art school, visiting the galleries, meeting with students, faculty and administrators, assisting him with his reception, promotion of his exhibit etc.

I was an active participant in this project when it was initiated in 1996, and Three of my paintings Portrait of Gay, and Portrait of Arlene and Portrait of Benito have been part of the stage setting since 1997 and continue to be on loan while video taping for WUNC/TV (Public TV) is underway as part of their Race Initiatives programming
