MFA Painting and Drawing Studios:
Each MFA candidate within the Painting and Drawing program is provided studio space that is ventilated, lockable, well lit, and approximately 200 square feet.
BFA Painting and Drawing Studios:
According to available space, BFA candidates within the Painting and Drawing program will be provided studio space; with priority given to students enrolled in a 4000 level painting course. Lower level students may need to wait until their junior or senior year to obtain a space.
General Painting and Drawing Facilities:
In addition to three large drawing classrooms shared by the Foundations area, the painting & drawing facility consists of two large painting classrooms with northern light. These rooms are available to students for general use to complete painting assignments when classes are not in session. Open hours are posted on the door each semester. Each classroom is equipped with a locking storage room to store paintings in progress.
