REPORT CAMPUS HOUSING VIOLATIONS HERE

You are our eyes and ears in the residence halls.  The following form is for you to report policy violations (visitation, escort, noise etc.) directly to Campus Living.  This form allows you to be anonymous while reporting your complaint; however, if you feel that this issue needs to be taken care of immediately - please contact the Resident Advisor in your building.
