How To Apply | To apply for Campus Living at East Carolina University, complete the following steps. Remember to apply early. Housing requests are honored in the order of the date received. | | | | • | The Student Guide is automatically mailed as soon as you have been admitted to the university (generally you will have it within a few weeks.) The Guide will contain the Campus Living Contract to apply for on-campus housing and dining. The Student Guide contains all the information you will need about university housing and dining to complete your contract. | | • | You may can then mail in your Campus Living Contract and the required $200 payment, which includes your $100 Application Fee, and $100 Advance Room Fee. | | • | If you prefer to download and print a copy of the Campus Living Contract, you may select the contract you would like to print at the following site: Campus Living Contract | | • | New students - when mailing the Campus Living Contract, please complete all information, sign the Campus Living Contract and include a check for $200, which includes your $100 Application Fee, and $100 Advance Room Fee. You may return your completed Contract, along with your check payable to East Carolina University Campus Living (be sure to include student's last 4 digits of their Social Security Number on ECU ID Number in the memo section of the check), in the return mailing envelope to: | | | | Cashier’s Office | | East Carolina University | | Old Cafeteria Complex | | Greenville, NC 27858-4353 | | | | After we receive your contract and fees, you will receive confirmation from Campus Living, and then later your room assignment and roommate information some time after June 1st. After you register for classes, the Cashier's Office will send you a bill for your housing, dining and tuition costs. Returning students - please contact Campus Living for sign-up information. | |
