If you received a "Notice of Non-Compliance" from the Neighborhood Service Office and the Safety Inspection Team it means Campus Living believes that you continue to be in violation of the referenced policy.  You have two options to resolve the matter.

Option 1: You may accept responsibility for the policy violation, attend a Health, Safety, and Security class, and remove the violation on your own.  The class schedule is listed below and there is no need to register ahead of time.  Note, however, that Campus Living may conduct further inspections to verify that you did indeed discontinue the policy violation.

Option 2: If you choose not to accept responsibility for the policy violation, you may appeal this determination by emailing the Residence Life Coordinator of your hall within three working days of the date on this form.  Your coordinator will meet with you to determine if you are responsible and assign any related consequences.

FAILURE TO RESPOND TO OFFICIAL NOTICES MAY CAUSE ADDITIONAL CONSEQUENCES INCLUDING A HOLD ON YOUR RECORDS THAT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM REGISTERING OR CONDUCTING OTHER BUSINESS WITH THE UNIVERSITY.

Please contact Campus Living at 252-328-4917 if you have an questions regarding this class or the "Notice of Non-Compliance."
