Project Information
When developing your project, please have all materials, concepts and copy completed when submitting your marketing request form. These items are critical for evaluating and scheduling each project, so the more detailed information, the faster we can complete your project. Collecting and supplying project information and materials are the responsibility of the client, not the marketing department. Marketing requests will not move forward until this information is submitted. The marketing department reserves the right to reschedule the production of any project and requested deadline if the project information, copy or materials are not received by the marketing department in a timely manner.

Project Evaluation and Client Meeting
Once a marketing request and support materials have been received by the marketing department, you will be contacted by a member of the marketing team. On this initial contact, it will be determined if a client meeting is necessary. Many projects can be competed with the marketing request and materials without a client meeting, saving time and extra effort.

Project Timing
To aid in project development, a three week development window, five weeks for printing projects, is required for all marketing requests. Major projects, large publications, TV commercial development, or marketing campaigns, will require a longer production time. Please contact the marketing department to determine a major project completion date. All marketing requests are processed as received by the marketing department. To insure fairness to all clients, no marketing request will be moved ahead of all received, in-house projects. The marketing team will inform you if your project can not be completed within the specified time period. As the marketing department can not guarantee delivery of each project, especially printing projects, we will make every effort to accommodate requested deadlines. Please keep these points in mind when determining your project completion date.
