Pinnacle Non-Traditional Honorary is an honor society for adults and other non-traditional students, created in the 1980’s by a group of higher education staff members frustrated by the lack of recognition received by outstanding, non-traditional students on their campuses.

Each semester the Center for Off-Campus and Community Living sends out applications and informational letters to ECU Students who meet the following criteria

1. At least 24 years of age.
2. Has senior credit hours
3. Has a 3.0 GPA at time of applications  being sent out.
4. Is an undergraduate student.

Our main goal is to recognize students who not only fulfill the role of an outstanding student, but also manage to fulfill other roles at the same time; wife, husband, parent, employee, etc.
