Dispute Resolution is one of the fastest growing professions as well as one of the most sought after skills in the global economy. This training and certification is for people who wish to serve as peer mediators for the Center for Mediation and Risk Management and/or for those who would simply like to develop mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. The program is a 12-hour basic skills course that will cover Theories and skills of Mediation and Negotiation. Upon completion of the course and observation requirement, you will receive a completion certificate, which will enable you to do peer mediations with fellow ECU students. We will coordinate a training session when we have 12 people per session so reserve your space TODAY. Just send in the registration form to reserve your space. I will notify those who register when the training schedule is arranged.
