How to get Immunizations at The ECU Student Health Service to fulfill admission requirements
An Immunization Clinic is held at the beginning of each semester up until the Mandatory North Carolina cut off date at the ECU Student Health Service for those persons requiring immunizations to fulfill admission requirements. This clinic will be advertised on this site and through student announce.
How to get supplemental Immunizations (those not required for admission to the University)
Students and Faculty/Staff wishing to receive supplemental immunizations exclusive of those required for admission to the University (such as those for travel or influenza, pneumonia vaccines) need to schedule an appointment with a provider for a prescription (252 328-6841). At that time you may discuss with the provider other needs that may be required such as other immunizations not thought of or medications needed to prevent other diseases such as malaria if traveling to foreign countries. Please present your prescriptions to the Student Health Service Pharmacy and schedule an appointment with our Immunization Nurse. The pharmacy will order your medication which you may pick up before your appointment with the Immunization Nurse.
