Dell Ordering Procedures:
ECU Dowdy Student Stores offers current ECU students, faculty, and staff two convenient ways to purchase Dell computers.
1) Walk In Local Purchasing
ECU students, faculty, and staff can come to the Dowdy Student Stores located in the Wright Building on East Carolina University's main campus to talk with computer department staff, create their desired Dell computer configuration, and complete the required Dell Computer Purchasing and Eligibility Agreement.
2) Long Distance Fax Purchasing
ECU students, faculty, and staff can use the Dell web site to personally customize their computer configurations. Once a selected computer is designed they must create and print an equote by following the directions listed on the computer companies web site. This eqoute along with a completed Dell and Gateway Computer Purchasing and Eligibility Agreement must be faxed to the Dowdy Student Stores' Computer Department, 252.328.4359.
