Medical Student Commencement Information Med Students should complete the Medical Student Regalia Form below and bring it to the Medical Bookstore. This form is different than the undergraduate and masters student form found on the "Graduation" web page. There is a charge for renting the Medical Student regalia. Download Medical Student Regalia Form (Word Doc) Download Medical Student Regalia Form (PDF) Rental Regalia forms are due March 15th. After this date there is a late fee assessed. Medical student caps & gowns are picked up at the Medical Bookstore in Brody 1S-04.
