| • Avoid douching or using vaginal creams, sprays, or deodorants 3-5 days prior to your appointment. | ||
| • Do not have sexual intercourse 24 hours before your appointment. | ||
| • If you are self-treating for a yeast-infection, be sure and tell the health care provider. | ||
