ECU currently offers 76 master's degree programs, 2 intermediate programs, and 68 graduate certificate programs through our 11 colleges and schools. In addition, we offer 15 research doctoral programs, 6 first professional programs (AuD, DMD, DNP, DPT, EdD, MD) and hold the distinction of being classified among the Doctoral/Research Universities by the Carnegie Foundation. ECU is constantly striving to meet the evolving needs of our students, the people of North Carolina, the United States, and the world by providing educational, research, and outreach programs designed to address the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

Due to recent changes in higher education/regulations, ECU will no longer be able to offer online programs or courses for students residing in Minnesota and Ohio (Some exceptions do apply; For more information visit here). ECU will work with state authorities to allow students in these states who are currently enrolled in an ECU online or certificate program to complete their degree.
