HR Administration 

About Us

Human Resources Administration is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources strategy, policy, and delivery of services across the university. Administration oversees all units in HR to ensure quality service to the university community and also serves as a liaison between the University of North Carolina System Office and the university. Additionally, oversight for ECU's Management Flexibility (in accordance with the UNC Policy Manual 600.3.4, Granting of Management Flexibility to Appoint and Fix Compensation), the EHRA Personnel Policies Committee, the Review Process and Procedure for EHRA Non-Faculty Employees, and the Salary Increase Approval Process reside in Human Resources Administration.
