Plan for Management Flexibility to Appoint and Fix Compensation

In accordance with the UNC Policy Manual 600.3.4, Granting Management Flexibility to appoint and fix compensation, the East Carolina University (ECU) Board of Trustees (BOT) has been granted delegations of authority and responsibility for certain personnel matters that involve its employees who are exempt from the State Human Resources Act (EHRA). Some of these delegations of authority and responsibility have been further delegated from the ECU BOT.
