ECU Learning and Organizational Development offers development opportunities for supervisors and managers, at all stages of their careers.

There are also targeted development programs created to assist ECU supervisors and managers. The Supervision Institute is an HR-sponsored Certification Program. This program provides employees operating in a supervisory role with an overview of key State and University policies, as well as supervisory soft skill development.  
Managers Boot Camp is a training program available for both new and experienced EHRA and SHRA upper level managers. The Boot Camp is an all day event where participants will engage in various workshop sessions on topics such as recruitment; employee rights, roles & responsibilities; classification & compensation, performance management, and many others. Sessions are usually held once in the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters.
