Gibson

Shanan Gibson
Associate Dean, Student and Faculty Development

Dr. Gibson is responsible for distance education programs, graduate programs, undergraduate programs, Career Services, and the Business Communication Center. On the development side, she helps ensure that faculty members have the support they need to be effective and continue building their skill sets. Gibson also continues to teach Human Resources Management and Entrepreneurship while maintaining her ongoing research. She is an associate professor in the Department of Management and began teaching in the College of Business in 2003.

Williams

Tina Williams
Director for Graduate Programs

Tina served as Assistant Director for Graduate Programs since 2004 and was named Director in March 2010.  She advises a portion of the MBA population and teaches undergraduate Marketing Management.  Tina received her undergraduate business degree and MBA from ECU.  Her previous experience includes managing in the health care environment and teaching adult education classes at the community college level.

Ellison

Melody S. Ellison
Administrative Support Associate

Melody began her career at ECU in 2003 as an Administrative Support Associate and joined Graduate Programs in 2010.  She earned an Associate degree from Pitt Community College and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree here at ECU.

Ndabvonga

Tendai A. Ndabvonga
Assistant Director for Graduate Programs

Tendai has served as an Assistant Director for Graduate Programs since 2010.  She received her undergraduate business degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and MBA from ECU.  Tendai advises one third of the MBA population and teaches Introduction to Computers in the Management Information Systems Department.

Russell

Paul S. Russell
Assistant Director for Graduate Programs

Paul began his career at ECU in 2005 and has served as Assistant Director for Graduate Programs since 2009.  He advises one third of the MBA population and teaches Introduction to Computers in the Management Information Systems Department.  Paul received his undergraduate business degree and MBA from ECU.  When he is not at work, Paul can be found at Pirate sporting events or playing golf.

Smith

Sarah Smith
Assistant Director for Graduate Programs

Sarah began her career at ECU teaching Financial Management I, part time, in 2009.  She has served as an Assistant Director for Graduate Programs since 2013.  She received her undergraduate business degree and MBA from East Carolina University.  Her previous experience includes commercial and retail lending at small, local banks and credit unions.
