A very limited number of out-of-state tuition waivers are available on a competitive basis (a GMAT score of 650 or more is need to even be considered). The out-of-state tuition waiver covers the difference in tuition between in-state and out-of-state rates. Preferential consideration will be given to students who have been accepted by the College of Business of East Carolina University by July 1 for Fall semester enrollment and by November 1 for Spring semester enrollment. Applications received after that date will be considered for a waiver only if funds are available. Students are automatically considered for this waiver when they are accepted; no additional application is required.
If you are awarded a Tuition Remission: Please review the document Tuition Remission Information which is distributed by the ECU Graduate School regarding the awarding of tuition remissions, and most importantly, the consequences of student actions with respect to adding/dropping courses at various times of the academic semester.
