Dean EakinsThere's a new direction in business leadership at ECU. By building on the solid foundation laid throughout the past 75 years, we're now doing even more to prepare the next generation of leaders.

For decades, we've done an excellent job teaching students the technical material necessary for success in the business world. In today's economy, though, that is no longer enough. A revamped curriculum for undergraduate students now emphasizes leadership, professionalism, and communication skills along with the nuts and bolts of business.

We teach all students how to "Think, Act, and Lead" regardless of their job title or position. The bar is set high, with personalized support coming from a network of advisors and coaches. We're breaking new ground in the College of Business, and it shows just how dedicated we are to teaching the leaders of tomorrow.

More students are enrolled in the ECU College of Business than in any other business school in the state. I encourage you to explore our web site and learn more about all we have to offer. We look forward to welcoming you to Pirate Country.
