Come dressed down and be prepared to have fun! CMDD concerts are part of the season subscription package.

The Miraculous Bartok

Sunday, October 14, 3:00p.m. Hayes Barton UMC - Raleigh

One of the 20th century’s greatest composers, Béla Bartók is famously known for intertwining the folk music of his native Hungary with classical techniques to create a musical voice that is truly unique. This CMDD event explores his life and music and will take you on a journey that demonstrates why the music of this man who once infamously composed the Miraculous Mandarin is, itself, quite miraculous.
