The College of Allied Health Sciences supports our students’ professional development and engagement by hosting several student organizations, including the ECU Society for Clinical Laboratory Science, the ECU Chapter of National Student Speech Language Hearing Association, Future Healthcare Managers of ECU, the Interprofessional Health Sciences Student Leadership Council (IHSSLC), the ECU Student Occupational Therapy Association, the ECU Physical Therapy Club, the ECU Physician Assistant Student Society, the ECU Student Addictions and Rehabilitation Association, and the Rho Omega Chapter of Chi Sigma Omega.
The College of Allied Health Sciences Student Leaders Council is comprised of two representatives from each degree-granting department. The Council representatives serve as liaisons between students in departments and the GA.
ECU Career Services is available to all students in the College of Allied Health Sciences to assist and guide them in their career quest. ECU Career Services helps students understand how to manage their careers and how to effectively market themselves in whatever endeavor they may choose.
Handshake is the newest resource tool for CAHS students that replaces the previous employer and internship database, ECU CareerNet. Current students and alumni can register now.
Crystal Roberts is the career liaison to the College of Allied Health Sciences.
