2014-2015 Service Year Application
To the Applicant:
We are pleased that you are taking the next steps to apply for a Mentoring position with AmeriCorps/ECU Operation LINK.
In order for your application to be considered, you must complete and sign the application packet.
Download the application packet below:
- Print all files
- Complete all forms
- Make a copy of your drivers license or state issued identification card
- Make a copy of your social security card
- Make a copy of your birth certificate
- Once you have completed all the above steps, put all documents in a sealed yellow clasp envelope and return the documents to your County Coordinator.
