Mac - ITCS supports both Outlook 2011 and Apple Mail (X.6)
MAPI - The preferred setup between your home Windows Outlook and an Exchange server.
*Smartphones set up with IMAP or Exchange accounts sometimes stop sending/receiving mail after a software update, even if the email settings have not changed. In most cases, the best way to fix this is to remove the account from your phone and set it back up from scratch as an Exchange account. This applies to both Android and iOS devices.

- From the Settings menu, select Accounts (or Accounts and Sync)
- Select Add an Account
- Select whichever option is available: Corporate, ActiveSync or Exchange
- Enter your email address and passphrase
- Click Next
- The phone will automatically connect, or you may need manual set up (see below)
