Exchange Account Setup - Staff/Faculty

Step 1. Open Outlook. Go to Tools > Accounts.

Step 2. Click the "+" symbol. Select Exchange.

Step 3a. Enter your email address, PirateID and passphrase where indicated. Click Add Account.

Step 3b. Enter your first and last name and PirateID where indicated. Click the Advanced button.

Step 4. Set the following:

  • Set the Microsoft Exchange Server as:
  • Turn on "Use SSL to connect"
  • Set the Directory Service server as:
  • Turn on "Use SSL to connect" and "Log in with my Exchange account credentials"

Step 5. Click the OK button and exit the window. Email will begin to download immediately.
