A FREE forty-five minute Group Fitness Class is available to faculty and staff CRW members Monday - Fridays from 12:05PM - 12:50PM during the spring at both the Student Recreation Center and the Health Science Recreation Center. Be sure to check the Group Fitness Schedule for the most up to date class times.
Nonmember faculty and staff can also join in on the fitness for $25.00 per session this spring (See Sessions Below). Nonmembers should register in the SRC Main Office.
Nonmember Registration Fall: NOW ($25.00 per session)
Spring 2018 Session I ($25.00): January 8th - March 2nd
Spring 2018 Session II ($25.00): March 12th - April 27th
Perfect for new exercisers or seasoned athletes, Aqua Fitness classes feature gentle impact workouts that will have you fit, more fit, and fitter than ever before. Check out the Weekly Group Fitness Schedule for meeting details. Typically Aqua Fitness meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30PM in the SRC Pool. On Game Days, NO CLASS -GO PIRATES!!
These workouts are FREE to SRC members/ECU students. Aquatic foot wear, wave web gloves and water bottles are a must for best results! (Non-members can join us for $25.00, call our main office for more information at 252-328-6387).
