Friday Floats - Standup Paddle Boarding

Your ability to stand on two feet means you can SUP! The view from a wide, stable board is remarkably different; no wonder SUP is the fastest growing paddle sport.
See the turtles, fish, and what's over the river bank. If you get hot, jump right in the water or sit sideways and dip your legs in.
A Friday Float is perfect for relaxing after a long week, or wondering if you'll like SUP'ing. Just show up and go!
On a Friday Float, you'll paddle the shorter water trails around the Greenville/Little Washington/Pitt County, NC area. We may take you by the historic waterfront of Little Washington, paddle up the shady Cherry Run or ramble down the remarkably beautiful Tar.
Each float showcases a different paddling option for 2-3 hours of on water paddling.
Meet at 2pm in the Rec Center Adventure Program and arriev back around 6-630pm.
Trip includes equipment, transportation, and instruction. No experience needed.

No pre-trip meeting or signup by date.
